Isaiah 46:10 I have made known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.
I want to instruct you today to move pass what you feel and KNOW the truth. The feelings of depression, discouragement and dismay is a LAST but TOO late ditch effort from the enemy to cause you to doubt God and give up on what HE has promised to you. Like our spiritual father Abraham we have to hope against hope and don't waver through unbelief. There are times when you have STAND strong on the inside while your heart races and your mind paces. Feel what you may but know the truth. You have the victory. I promise you on the authority of God's word that IF YOU are reading this today is because you are in need of new strength to know you have the victory. No matter how you feel or how it looks this THING you are waiting for is a DONE DEAL. I am not going to talk to you about battling the devil in order to see it I am telling you to believe and know and confess over and over through this attack in your mind and your emotions the confession of your possession.

Stand!!
Exodus 14:13 Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.
Deuteronomy 11:25 No man will be able to stand against you. The LORD your God, as he promised you, will put terror and fear of you on the whole land, wherever you go.
Joshua 1:5 No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.
1 Samuel 12:16 Now then, stand still and see this great thing the Lord is about to do before your eyes!
2 Chronicles 20:9 'If calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgment, or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your Name and will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us.'

Common Sense, Uncommon God
In the book of the Luke in the first chapter we see a young girl being propositioned with what seemed like an impossible situation. An angel of the Lord has visited her with the news that she had been chosen to bring forth the son of God and through unconventional methods. Now I will admit I am unsure of what age Mary was at this particular time in her life but the bible does say she was already engaged to be married and she knew enough about the birds and bees to know that there needed to be a male present for conception to take place.
She asked the angel in verse 34 "But how can this happen? I am a virgin." She is told in the next verse "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you.
Can you imagine the obedience to be a participant in such a miraculous move of God. She decided to look past her natural knowledge about conception and perceive and believe the supernatural about God. Even more she look past the possible reactions, consideration and comment of her family, friends and others.
Maybe they would think in the very least she was a compulsive liar or assume the worst and want her committed in the nearest mental institution for being schizophrenic.
How many of us today would be like as willing and obedient as Mary to follow God and do whatever He said even if didn't make sense in the natural to anyone else in our lives.
Would you like Abraham at the ripe age of 75 leave your family and every you knew to follow the promise of God that he would be made into a great nation, or that his name would be made famous and he would be a blessing to others.
Could you continue like David to follow God after being called from tending sheep to slaying a giant, being pursue to killed by the very man that anointed you to be king, have your son's life taken at hand of God and go on to be considered a man after God's own heart?
In Acts 13:22 it is explained God said David would do everything He wanted him to do.
Sometimes ..ok... most of the time the plans and purposes of God in our lives may not be comprehensible our natural senses and reasoning.
Understanding is not a mandate for faith.
Isaiah 55:8-9 (NLT) "My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts," says the LORD. "And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.
In Matthew 10:32 (MSG) it is written "Stand up for me against world opinion and I'll stand up for you before my Father in heaven. If you turn tail and run, do you think I'll cover for you?
People inside and outside the body of Christ can say whatever they wish about ministers who preach the message of prosperity. One thing I will say is that they have not let the opinions and opposition of those people stop them from spreading the truth that God is for His people being wealthy.
Psalm 35:27b "Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant."
For a moment we need to consider and take note that the religious leaders and teachers all thought they were doing the right thing by crucifying this man who was claiming to be the son of God.
Sometimes more than neceassary we have decided to be our brothers keeper and keep others in line but excuse me that I have less time to see what this minister is are doing wrong. It is taking too much working seeking God to make sure of what I am need to be doing right for the kingdom.
I have made it up in my mind as of this moment that I really am going all the way with the Lord has called me to do. Even when I don't understand I still believe HIM. Even when other people want me to do the so call smart thing I will still wait on HIM to do what He promised.
In this season of my life God has called to swim against the current and depend SOLELY on His provision and favor as I move about His kingdom work. I use to be the one who always wanted the support, validation and go head from the crowd that I was doing the right thing. I am not perfect but for the most part I have always been a pretty levelheaded kind of girl.
Today though I am singing a new song and I decree that with my hands trembling. my voice quivering and my knees knocking I am saying to the LORD this day like Mary I am the Lord's servant. May it be to me as you have said. In Jesus Name Be Blessed, Manie

Know your strength in the Lord
I started reading over some old online journals from going as far back as 2005. It HIT me to notice day after day the repetitive pleas from me to the Lord. Mainly for strength and peace.
The Lord has chosen me to let you know TODAY to no longer give into the suggestions and distortions from the enemy that you are some weak, diminutive christian.
I recently heard a pastor say the ONLY way to cancel the lies, deceptions and other tactics of the enemy is know WHO you are in Christ. We are created in the image of the LORD. Exodus 15:3a writes The LORD is a warrior. And the truth is that we have that same warrior spirit inside all of us.
You can't live off what you see and how you feel you MUST believe the word of God concerning your strength. You are MORE than a conqueror and your storms have not been happening TO you but FOR you.
Remember that faith comes by hearing and hearing and hearing the word of God. So confess as needed:
It is written and we decree and declare :
Deuteronomy 3:16 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
Joshua 1:7 Be strong and courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.
Judges 5:21b March on, my soul; be strong.
Psalm 27:14 Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.

Put it out BUT keep it out
There are some conflicts in your life that are only still burning because you keep fanning the flames. Let the embers from the devils work die out or dash it again with water of God's word. When God has delivered you from something for a little while after it the enemy will offer the enticement to you to see if you still want it.
Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burden again by a yoke of slavery. When a certain tactic of the enemy has worked so well and for so long he is hard pressed to give up that hold in your life. Be free and stay free. I myself have known some really smart and decent guys fall into the trap of getting in and out of the jail system. One of them told me one time jail punishes you but it doesn't rehabilitate you. You come out worse than you are because you have talked and learned from more harden criminals. As well now you have a criminal record and no one wants to give you a job. So you fall back into the trap of going back to as a means of making money the very thing that landed you in jail in the first place. It is a really sad cycle that so many people fall victim too. That is the same for some of us believers. I use to battle depression personally and privately for a long time. And some mornings for no particular reason the enemy will offer it to me as if it was a trip to Six Flags. Thank God those times are a rarity. Still it is during those times that I have to speak OUT LOUD OVER myself. Like David I have to tell my soul to bless the Lord and forget not his benefits. I have to speak it that I am yielded only to power of the Holy Ghost. Life and Death is in the POWER of your tongue. When you have like I have looked outside of yourself and right pass God for happiness then the enemy still taunts you with that If Only lie. You know the lie I am talking about. If only my marriage was better then for sure I would be happy. If only I made more money and could buy better clothes then for sure I would have more peace. If only I had a Benz and not a Buick then I know without a shadow of a doubt life would be amazing. Of course it more than OK to have petitions and requests to God for a better quality of life. But we can't make the blessings more IMPORTANT than the blesser. The truth is according to Matthew 5:45 To show that you are the children of your Father Who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and makes the rain fall upon the upright and the wrongdoers [alike]. For the believer in Jesus Christ life is amazing in the warmth of summer and the coldness of the winter. 1 Samuel 2:7 The Lord sends poverty and wealth; he humbles and exalts. It is not what is OUTSIDE of us that causes of to have joy but the joy of the Lord (inside) is our strength. We have the power of the Holy Ghost on the inside of us. Don't let the devil burden you with those same lies again and again. If it is gone then it is to make room for the new. Trust God that it didn't happen to you but it happened for you. I decree again for you to stay free. God is has provided a way of escape for every temptation that tries and comes your way. In Jesus Name Be Blessed, Manie
