Spirit of rejection

If ever there is a stronghold that is relentless in dominating its place is your life. It is the spirit of rejection. When the people we are entrusted to early in our lives like our parents, grandparents or other family members don't love, comfort, and in any way nurture us like they should then seeds of neglect turn in a harvest of rejection. The kind of pain we feel at the hand of family members may grieve and even shock us but is doesn't God.
Psalm 27:10 When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the LORD will take care of me.
The psalm doesn't if they ..but when they.
It is time for us to be FULL of the care of the LORD and know that HE alone is our source. Don't follow the pain and betrayal from in your heart but have faith that God promises to never leave us nor forsake us.
Stop personalizing the pain and know that we live in an imperfect world with imperfect people.
Our Saviour knew this pain personally for Himself.
The prophet Isaiah wrote in Chapter 53 verse 3 He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
You have to know the truth that what people do and how they act towards you is not at all about you but it is about them. It is who they are and how they are. All that you need to do is forgive them and continue to walk in love and pray for them.
Even when you can't rid yourself of them you must get rid of that spirit of rejection. We know that as a person thinks in his heart, so is he. So if you are rejected and then you start to think of yourselves as rejected you in turn always draw rejection towards you.
Romans 15:7 tells us that in Christ we are accepted. Know that God loves and accepts you in a very real, personal and powerful way.
Decree today to walk in faith and pull down the stronghold of rejection with the living word of God.
Jeremiah 1:5 (AMP) Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.
Ephesians 2:10 (AMP) For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us[taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].
I pray that those of you who are here reading these devotions and being fed by the word and spirit of God sow into my vision. Please consider being led in your heart to plant a ministry financial seed of any size to the building up of my writing ministry.
In Jesus Name Be Blessed, Manie
